Production access is limited, logged, and role‑scoped. We look at Your Content only to operate the Service, on support you request, or where the law requires.
We’re not SOC 2 certified today. We’re working toward it. In the meantime we won’t imply a certification we don’t have – the commitments that matter for Recordal are already in how the product works: read‑only connections, cited figures, and a clear path to export or delete your data.

Yes. Owners and admins can schedule organization deletion from Settings → Data & privacy (portals close immediately; hard purge after 30 days, cancelable until then). Or email privacy@recordal.co and we'll process your request within 48 hours of confirmation.
